We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be stressful, in particular if you are in pain. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. We will help!
At Chiropractic Plus our aim is to remove any stress that might cause unnecessary tension and to help you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving while in the comfort of your own home or office. HIPPA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
All healthcare facilities in the United States, including clinics and hospitals, are required by law to provide a copy of the HIPPA for patients to read. We have provided a copy online for you for your convenience, and we have copies in the office as well. This act explains your privacy rights and rules regarding your healthcare records and personal information.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Chiropractic Plus believes in the value of health care for you and your family, and we have maintained a pricing structure to help you get the care your need.
Q: Do you accept my health insurance?
A: Our office likely participates in your insurance program. We are contracted with most insurance companies, including -- but not limited to -- Aetna, AARP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medcost, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, and more.
Q: Do you file insurance claims for me?
A. Yes, we accept Assignment and File Your Insurance Claims for you!
Q: I was in an automobile accident. Do I need a lawyer and what will it cost?
A: Personal Injury Auto Accident cases are also accepted in our office. Some patients would benefit from and choose to use legal assistance. Many auto accident cases require no out of pocket costs to you through legal aid or auto insurance medical pay provisions. Please let us know if your pains are the result of an automobile accident when you call for your appointment so we can assist you.
Q: What if I I have very little or no chiropractic coverage on my insurance plan?
A: Care at Chiropractic Plus -- for both insurance and non-insurance patients -- typically involves fewer visits and no required extended treatment programs.
Most non-insurance patients pay directly for care, as they discover the care we provide at Chiropractic Plus to be extremely helpful and affordable, and most insurance patients will opt for wellness care after they have reached maximum improvement using their insurance policy benefits. While usually not needed because of our fair fees and personalized care approach, reasonable payment programs can be discussed if needed.
