All healthcare facilities in the United States, including clinics and hospitals, are required by law to provide a copy of the HIPPA for patients to read. We have provided a copy online for you for your convenience, and we have copies in the office as well. This act explains your privacy rights and rules regarding your healthcare records and personal information.

Do you accept my health insurance?
A: Our office likely participates in your insurance program. We are contracted with most insurance companies, including -- but not limited to -- Aetna, AARP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medcost, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, and more.
Do you file insurance claims for me?
A: Yes, we accept Assignment and File Your Insurance Claims for you!
Q: What is I have very little or no chiropractic coverage on my insurance plan?
A. We understand the challenge of not feeling well and also being concerned about costs! Care at Chiropractic Plus -- for both insurance and non-insurance patients -- typically involves fewer visits overall and no required pre-paid treatment programs. Care and treatment frequency is personalized to your individual condition and history past and present. We also work to help you learn what you need to do outside the office so you can support the treatments we do here. We want to help you so you can get well faster and understand how to stay well.
Q: What if I have no insurance?
A: Chiropractic Plus believes in the value of health care for you and your family, and we do our best to maintain a pricing structure with quality care to help you get the care you need. Most non-insurance patients pay directly for care, as they discover the treatments and care we provide at Chiropractic Plus to be extremely helpful and affordable. Most insurance patients will also opt for periodic non-insurance Wellness Care or Maintenance Care after they have reached maximum improvement for their condition using their insurance policy benefits. We are happy to talk about this, or any other concern, on your first visit.
I was in an automobile accident. Do I need a lawyer and what will it cost?
A: Personal Injury Auto Accident cases are also accepted in our office. Auto Accident cases may require no out of pocket costs to you through auto insurance medical pay provisions. Some patients also would benefit from and choose legal assistance. Please let us know if your pains are the result of an automobile accident when you call for your appointment so we can assist you.
